Legal / Website terms

Plain terms for using this website.

These terms cover the public website, not the detailed scope for a client project. They were last updated on 27 July 2026.

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not replace a project proposal, statement of work or service agreement between you and Connected Studio.

Using the website does not create a client relationship. A project begins only when the relevant parties accept a written scope and commercial terms.

(02)

Information, estimates and results

Website content is general information, not financial, legal or professional advice for your particular business. Price ranges, timelines and examples are indicative until confirmed in writing for a specific scope.

We do not guarantee leads, rankings, advertising performance, revenue or AI recommendations. Results depend on factors including demand, competition, budget, offer, data quality and how quickly a business follows up.

(03)

Third-party platforms

Services may involve platforms such as Google, Meta, OpenAI, Anthropic, HubSpot, Zapier or other providers. Their availability, pricing, policies and technical behaviour are controlled by those providers and can change.

Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Mentioning a platform does not imply endorsement, partnership or guaranteed compatibility.

(04)

Website content and acceptable use

Connected Studio owns or licenses the text, design and other original website material unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not republish substantial content or present it as your own without permission.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated requests in a way that unreasonably affects the service.

(05)

Liability and consumer rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Connected Studio is not responsible for loss caused solely by relying on general website information or by temporary website unavailability.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law.

(06)

Changes and contact

We may update website content and these terms when services, tools or legal requirements change. The date below shows the latest published version.

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. For a project, the accepted proposal and any service agreement take priority over general website wording.
