A clear account of how we handle enquiry data.

When you send an enquiry, we may collect your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, service interests, preferred timing and anything you include in your message.

Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and pages requested in normal server logs.

We use enquiry information to reply, understand the work you are considering, prepare a scope or quote, manage a business relationship and protect the website from misuse.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use an enquiry to add you to a marketing list unless you separately choose to join one.

Website hosting and email-delivery providers may process information on our behalf so the website and enquiry form can operate. The enquiry form currently uses Resend to deliver your message to Connected Studio.

Some service providers may process information outside Australia. Avoid including passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive material in the enquiry form.

We take reasonable steps to protect information and keep it only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, an ongoing client relationship, record-keeping or legal obligations.

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you believe information sent to us has been affected by a security issue, contact us promptly.

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern by emailing us. We may need to confirm your identity before providing access.
